Cessna Grand Caravan: This aircraft is a true work horse. It will haul over 3000 lbs to most of the places we generally fly to. It's great for 9 people and gear, or a combination of freight and passengers.

Turbo Otter: The original flagship of the North Star fleet. This incredible work-horse was retrofitted with the Ubiquitous PT6-135A gas turbine engine along with a complete nose to tail rebuild in 1998. Seats up to 9 passengers but typically flies with 6 people and gear plus 3 canoes (or 4 nesting canoes)

Cessna Caravan: Purchased factory new in 2000, our Cessna Caravan is the ultimate long range float plane. Ideal for quickly and safely accessing the vast wilderness of the Last Frontier. Like the Turbo Otter the Caravan can carry up to 9 passengers but works best with 6 and gear.

Pilatus PC-12: This season we are thrilled to finally be able to offer economical executive class air service directly from your home location to Pickle Lake. The PC-12 is an all new, high tech, pressurized turbo-prop ideal for transporting parties of 6 at great speed over long distances.
