Check-In Information
We recommend allowing sufficient time at the airport for check-in, screening of checked bags and security clearance. You are required to obtain your boarding pass and check in any baggage by the check-in deadline, and be available at the departure gate to board the aircraft by the flight boarding cutoff. All passengers are required to present at least 1 piece of positive photo identification at check-in.
Once checked in, it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure adequate time to clear security after check-in and present themselves at the proper departure gate by flight boarding cutoff. Acceptance of a passenger at check-in does not guarantee the aircraft will be held beyond scheduled departure.
Please make yourself familiar with the check-in and boarding times. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation and ineligibility for denied boarding compensation. It will also result in forfeiture of the fare paid. If you are concerned about missing your flight, please call Reservations 1hr prior to scheduled departure time for more information at 1-844-633-6294

Dangerous Goods
It is dangerous and illegal to pack dangerous goods in baggage or to carry them on board. Don't pack matches in your luggage; carry them on your person. Check with Reservations or airline staff before packing or carrying gases, corrosives, substance of which you are uncertain.
As a general rule passengers and crew members are not permitted to transport dangerous goods on board an aircraft in their carry-on or checked baggage, or on their person. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. Please consult the following websites for the Provisions for dangerous goods carried by passengers or crew:
