Customer Feedback! And Other New Features on Our Website
Every year web standards change and techniques to build websites become more advanced. At North Star Air we want to ensure you have a good experience while you're here on our website. Over the past months we added some new tools on our website that we know you will love to use!
Changes started with the addition of a new, quicker user friendly Flight Booking tool. We invite you to try it out for your next booking, it's on our home page. We then added our Flight Tracking tool where you can track all flight times by route or flight number. Shortly after we worked out all the bugs, we then implemented Cargo Tracking , a great little tool that you can track your cargo, large or small, using your 6-digit air weigh bill (AWB) number.
We're always looking at ways to improve our website and our services we provide, so the addition of a Customer Feedback button was our latest feature addition. Here you can contact us with compliments, suggestions or concerns you may have. You can even upload photos! Remember, our website and our features and tools are also mobile friendly.
To kick off our latest addition, we're launching a short contest giving you the chance to try it out! It's easy to enter! PLUS you could WIN DINNER for 10 delivered to you this Family Day!
HOW TO ENTER: Click on the CUSTOMER FEEDBACK button above and submit your family photo. You’re then automatically entered for a chance to WIN DINNER for 10 delivered to you (in your community via Pilatus PC12 aircraft) on Family Day!
Winner will be announced on our Facebook page on Saturday Feb 13th 5:00pm ET
This contest is open to NSA First Nation Partner Community members of: Bearskin Lake, Cat Lake, Deer Lake, Eabametoong, Martin Falls, Neskantaga, North Caribou Lake, North Spirit Lake, Poplar Hill, Sachigo Lake, Webequie.
CONTEST TO RUN: Fri Feb 12/21 10:00am ET to Sat Feb 13/21 5:00pm ET.
PRIZE: DINNER FOR 10 includes two 18pce buckets KFC chicken with 10 large sides (french fries, coleslaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, gravy) plus dessert.
RULES:
- To enter, submit your family photo at our CUSTOMER FEEDBACK BUTTON found on our website header.
- All photo entries become the property of NSA and may be used to promote the winner of the contest.
- *Dinner for 10 from KFC (Thunder Bay) will be air delivered, practicing strict covid safety measures, via NSA flight network to the successful winner on Monday February 15, 2021, time tbd. Winner acknowledges that flight to deliver the dinner prize will be weather and community restriction dependent and delivery date may change. Prize must be accepted as awarded.
